The AOLITE 635T loader is specifically designed for use in transportation construction, municipal sanitation, and sand and gravel yards. It features a heavy-duty, high-end platform and is reliable, mature, and stable.

Employing a high-torque Weichai engine, and featuring AOLITE's meticulously developed power curve, the machine boasts a rational power matching, advanced technology, and superior performance. It comes standard with the widely used SHANTUI fixed-axis gearbox and heavy-duty drive axle, a proven, mature, reliable, and high-load-bearing transmission system. Structural components utilize finite element analysis technology to reduce stress concentration, eliminate localized weaknesses, and significantly improve reliability. The optimized power matching of the entire machine fully and effectively utilizes engine power to meet the requirements of combined operations and heavy-duty work conditions.

II. Product Description

1. Power transmission system

1 ) Engine

Equipped with a Weichai turbocharged engine, it meets China's Stage IV emission standards and Brazil's emission standards . This engine not only boasts high reliability and adaptability but also features low fuel consumption and low emissions. An optional low-temperature start-up device is available. It is a high-quality product meticulously designed and manufactured specifically for the operating conditions of construction machinery. A desert air filter with three-stage filtration can be installed , enabling it to adapt to dusty working conditions.

2 ) Transmission

SHANTUI fixed-shaft power shift gearbox is connected to a single-stage, single-phase, three-element hydraulic torque converter, offering four forward gears and two reverse gears to meet the speed requirements of various operating conditions. This fixed-shaft gearbox boasts advantages such as high reliability, long service life, high transmission efficiency, simple structure, convenient manufacturing and maintenance, easy shifting, and smooth engagement.

3 ) Drive Axle

It adopts a reinforced drive axle specifically designed for engineering machinery, ensuring stable quality, reliable performance, and convenient maintenance.

2. Hydraulic System

Employing reliable single-pump diversion and load-sensing full hydraulic steering technology, the working system pressure is increased to 20.5MPa, resulting in greater lifting capacity. High pressure and small displacement shorten the time required for three-phase operation. An integrated distribution valve allows for manual operation, ensuring high system efficiency and energy savings. Furthermore, optimized piping facilitates installation and connection while reducing pressure loss and heat generation in the hydraulic system, thus minimizing malfunctions.

3. Braking System

It is equipped with service brakes and parking brakes. The service brakes are air-operated hydraulic disc brakes for four wheels, which have the advantages of smooth braking, safety and reliability, simple structure and convenient maintenance.

4. Frame

The front and rear frames are arranged reasonably and have a simple structure, with key load-bearing parts reinforced to ensure overall strength.

Increasing the distance between the upper and lower hinge pins at the hinge center disperses and reduces the stress on the hinge pins, thereby improving the service life of the bearing. The front frame has high rigidity, providing a solid mounting base for the boom and cylinders, and can absorb strong torque, impact, and loading forces. The entire vehicle is made of Q355D steel plates, eliminating the possibility of weld cracking under harsh working conditions.

The structural components and linkage mechanisms emphasize overall structural strength, which is verified through finite element analysis and load spectrum-based optimization design and fatigue testing of heavy-duty loader structural components; stress concentration points are reduced, local weak points are eliminated, and the strength of structural components is fully guaranteed to withstand repeated torsional damage from uneven road surfaces.

5. Working Device and Bucket

The working device is optimized and adopts a Z-type reversing six-bar linkage structure with a single rocker arm, short tie rod, and horizontally mounted boom cylinder, which has superior working performance and efficiency.

The boom beam adopts a rectangular tube structure, which can effectively avoid stress concentration, welding defects, and other phenomena, thereby improving structural strength. All pins are made of special materials and undergo a special heat treatment process, resulting in high strength, good wear resistance, and a long service life.

All hinge pin lubrication features a dustproof structure, which effectively prevents dust and protects the grease from contamination, providing reliable protection for the hinge pins and bushings .

The bucket is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates, and the bucket teeth are from well-known brands, making it more robust and durable.

6. Driver's cab and control system

The AOLITE new cab features a spacious interior, excellent visibility, and good sealing. It utilizes high-performance shock absorbers connected to the chassis, significantly reducing cab vibration. The shock-absorbing composite control seat provides comfortable operation, while the intelligent temperature-controlled high-power air conditioner ensures a suitable operating temperature.

The cab is spacious and bright, with a fully covered, exquisite interior and good sealing. The cab and hood are treated with LE noise reduction, so the noise level is low and the operating environment is comfortable and quiet. The large curved glass provides a wide field of vision and minimizes blind spots around the machine, allowing the operator to easily see behind the machine and the edge of the bucket, making driving safer.

7. Maintainability

The entire machine is inspected from ground level or on a platform, with emphasis on the space of the maintenance area. This ensures that the maintenance space always maintains three-point contact, guaranteeing the safety and convenience of maintenance and daily testing.

Maintenance points for various oil level checks, oil additions, and grease fillings are all located in easily accessible areas, and the inspection and replacement of air filter elements, electrical equipment, etc. can be carried out conveniently.
